About the role
Managing Human Resource of the project and maintenance of service record, leave etc. and initiate Performance Evaluation Reports of Officers/ Staff and preparation of cases of Discipline, Postings/Transfers, Appointments etc.
Develop project framework, monitor and ensure efficient resource allocation to keep projects within budget constraints.
Coordinating and managing and optimal utilization of project resources including project staff.
Assigning and ensuring protocol duties to project staff.
Supporting in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the SIFC and Invest Pakistan strategies.
Addressing HR needs, demands, grievances or other issues.
Designing and managing the job assignments and assisting in recruitment and selection process.
Meeting timelines and resource allocation.
Evaluate project progress and preparation of reports and minutes of meetings.
Collaborate with the Planning Commission and other stakeholders to plan, execute and complete SIFC initiatives successfully.
Optimize resource utilization, manage risks and ensure timely project delivery.
Establishing evaluation frameworks, track progress and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Oversee project planning, implementation and monitoring from start to finish.
Coordinate interdisciplinary teams / collaborators of the projects.
Any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority.
Eligibility
- 16 years of education (Bachelor's Honours or Master's)
- Preferred field of study: Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Age limit: 62
How to apply
Educational qualifications must be obtained from recognized local/foreign universities / institutes duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Age of the candidate shall not exceed the specified maximum age limit as on the closing date of the advertisement.
Government employees (serving or retired) must apply through proper channels (copies of NOCs from parent department must be attached).
Contract terms for project staff directly recruited for development projects funded from PSDP will follow Finance Division's O.M. No. 4(9)R-14/2024 & Planning Commission's Letter No. 24(7) PIA-I/PC/2021, dated 05 March 2026.
