About the role
To conduct research and provide analytical support for assigned studies, projects and organizational requirements.
To prepare research briefs, reports, presentations, summaries and other analytical documents as required.
To review relevant literature, reports and other sources and provide concise research-based inputs on assigned matters.
To support the design, organization and documentation of research activities, surveys, studies and related assignments.
To provide administrative support in meetings, correspondence, scheduling, coordination and follow-up of assigned activities.
To maintain organized records, files and documentation and ensure timely completion of routine office and project requirements.
To assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets and expenditure records for assigned activities and projects.
To process and maintain supporting documentation for bills, payments, procurement, reimbursements and other financial transactions.
To assist in preparing periodic progress, financial and administrative reports and provide information required for management review.
To perform any other research, administrative or financial duties assigned by the Competent Authority.
Eligibility
- 16 years of education (Bachelor's Honours or Master's)
- Preferred field of study: Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Age limit: 45
How to apply
Educational qualifications must be obtained from recognized local/foreign universities / institutes duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Age of the candidate shall not exceed the specified maximum age limit as on the closing date of the advertisement.
Government employees (serving or retired) must apply through proper channels (copies of NOCs from parent department must be attached).
Contract terms for project staff directly recruited for development projects funded from PSDP will follow Finance Division's O.M. No. 4(9)R-14/2024 & Planning Commission's Letter No. 24(7) PIA-I/PC/2021, dated 05 March 2026.
